PVC heat shrink film is used as packaging for many products because of its easy deformation. For example, the packaging of common stationery in our lives, cosmetic packaging, the outer packaging of beverage bottles, and the packaging of some tableware are all made of PVC heat shrink filM.

PVC heat shrink film plays a role in the outer packaging of sterilized tableware in the catering industry.

PVC SHRINK FILM

1. The PVC Heat shrink film has a smooth surface, uniform thickness, no obvious spots, no oil stains, impurities, or folds;
2. The heat shrinkage rate is high, with a lateral shrinkage rate of 48±3% and a longitudinal shrinkage rate of 12±3%, which is close to the product. It can be shrunk by a heat shrinking machine, a hair dryer, or boiling water;
3. The flexibility is good. After the package is shrunk, it will not crack after falling from a height of 1 meter on the cement floor in different directions three times;
4. After the package is shrunk, it will not fade or change color when stored at 30°C.
